Stephen Ray Jordan- Co-Founder
Stephen Jordan is President, Co-Owner and visionary expert of Jordan & Jordan Insurance Group, where he manages the Professional Liability Practice in Technology E&O, Strategic Business Planning, Budget Control and Procedure Development. Growing up across the world and attending West Texas A&M University, where he received a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Arts, gave Stephen many accolades to pursue a career in Property & Casualty insurance.

Stephen is a certified System Engineer Manager with 18 years of management experience. He has now directed his own company for more than five years after spending ten years with McAfee, Inc. McAfee recognized Stephen as attaining the highest quarterly quota for two consecutive years in 2003 and 2004 with 121-146% growth.

His expertise includes management of overall technological and organizational effectiveness, system engineering, corporate security, aligning structural performance with corporate goals, risk management and utilizing microcomputer applications for higher performance.

With a business model that paralleled that of McAfee, Stephen took his knowledge for evaluating risk to grow Jordan & Jordan. He combines his interest for diversifying people with risk to discover solutions for commercial businesses & technology companies.

Stephen served as a member of the President’s Club in 2001, 2002 and 2004 and was selected as McAfee Inc.’s Sales Engineer of the Quarter in 2001. He has also been involved in the development of case studies for Worldwide OEM training, while enhancing community awareness of the industry.

Outside the office, Stephen enjoys the art of photography and spending time with family.

Linda Wu Jordan- Co-Founder
As co-founder of Jordan & Jordan Insurance, Linda Wu Jordan has added more than 10 years of industry expertise to the company. As Vice President she has successfully combined her outgoing personality with her financial planning experience as a way to empathize with each individual situation, protecting businesses around the world.

Moving to the United States and then Texas from her hometown in Beijing, China gave Linda the opportunity to attend University of Iron and Steel Technology in China, where she earned a Bachelors of Business Management. Prior to joining Jordan & Jordan, Linda worked with Prudential Financial, helping individual families protect their assets as she honed her skills in risk management. She then broadened from a domestic insurance market to having the ability to provide global risk management solutions for businesses in China, Taiwan, Thailand and others across the globe.

Linda found an interest in the liability insurance industry through her passion for protecting individual lives. She focuses her risk management strengths primarily in power sports, renewable energy, building as well as construction equipment industries.

Managing risk for a wide range of businesses has given Linda an inside knowledge as to the specific risks associated with many different industries. Her strength in working with liability insurance is building risk management solutions best suited for transferring risk.

Outside the office, Linda enjoys her time in the sun, spending time outside swimming as well as watching movies.
